A 'THRIVING' Herefordshire petrol station with shop, parking, and warehouse is up for sale.

Saffrons Cross Garage in Bodenham is on the market with agents Jackson Property for £2,000,000.

The agents said the petrol station, which is on the busy A417 between Hereford and Leominster, benefits from a 2,000 square foot shop with a range of chillers, freezers, and wall and gondola shelving.

It also has a National Lottery terminal and a compliant tobacco gantry.

In addition to the petrol station, which has four filling points, and shop, there is a workshop, three stock rooms, a kitchen and staff room, and a staff toilet.

There is also a customer car park.

The property comes with a warehouse and office suite extending to around 2,200 square feet with 4m by 5m full height opening doors, an open store area, a large office room, two toilets, a forklift loading area, and three rooms on the first floor.

Jackson Property said the total grounds extend to around one acre, including the open forecourt and fenced off warehouse yard, which has previously been used for vehicle haulage and storage.

The site has front and rear access for large HGV vehicles.
